CMC Vail Valley holds ribbon reducing Sept. 19 for brand new pupil residences

Colorado Mountain School Vail Valley in Edwards will host a ribbon reducing and open home on Tuesday, Sept. 19, on the Edwards campus for the faculty’s new pupil residences. The general public is welcome and inspired to attend. 

The residences are a part of a $45 million initiative to supply inexpensive locations to reside for CMC college students. As a result of shortage and excessive price of housing within the mountain resort communities that CMC serves, the faculty has constructed 4 an identical condominium buildings on campuses in Vail Valley at Edwards in addition to Spring Valley at Glenwood Springs, Steamboat Springs and Breckenridge. 

Designed primarily for degree-seeking college students who reside and work in these mountain communities year-round, every constructing has as much as 36 rental residences, with a mixture of studio and two-bedroom items. Every condominium contains a full kitchen, full toilet and residing house, with rents beneath market charges.



CMC Vail Valley’s pupil residences ribbon reducing will happen at 2 p.m., Sept. 19, at 150 Miller Ranch Highway, Edwards. Following shows that includes CMC President Carrie Besnette Hauser and CMC Vice President and Vail Valley Campus Dean Marc Brennan plus different faculty and development personnel concerned within the undertaking, a tour of the residences shall be provided.
