Ciara Anderson reached out to Channel 2 Motion Information as a result of she says the corporate, Invitation Properties, isn’t honoring the lease-to-own contract she signed with them.

Channel 2 Investigative Reporter Ashli Lincoln realized the corporate is now attempting to evict her. Anderson stated it’s been a years-long battle combating for her house.
“They got here to my door and instructed me to cease the pursuit of getting my house again,” Anderson stated.
Anderson, surrounded by rental housing advocates, claims the corporate misled her into considering she would be capable to buy her house again from them.
She says she fell behind on her mortgage in 2013 and the home was positioned up for public sale. Invitation Properties purchased it. Quickly after, a consultant confirmed up on her entrance steps and supplied her a two-year lease-to-own program so she wouldn’t have to maneuver.
